About the Role Senior Care Therapy is seeking full‑time or part‑time Licensed Psychologists to join our mission of providing in‑person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub‑acute, long‑term care, and assisted living facilities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. We collaborate closely with facility staff to enhance outcomes for residents and care teams, while handling all administrative responsibilities—billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre‑certifications—so you can focus on clinical care. What We Provide Customizable part‑time or full‑time opportunities tailored to your personal and professional goals: 32‑hour and 40‑hour equivalent workweek options Salary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 with uncapped FFS bonus opportunity Part‑time fee‑for‑service opportunities Sign‑on bonus up to $8,000 for full‑time employees Rewarding experiences working with the senior population Flexible daytime hours with autonomy EHR “Your Way”—an efficient, clinician‑designed EMR SCT University: CEU reimbursement program Psychologist‑led training on day one with ongoing support Peer‑to‑peer learning and clinical team support Cutting‑edge resources and mentorship for career growth Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, ancillary benefits (full‑time) 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match available day one (PT & FT) Malpractice insurance provided PTO & holiday (full‑time) Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in sub‑acute or skilled nursing facilities Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician‑designed EHR Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of application Effective oral and written communication in English Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance Ability to provide in‑person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes per session Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices throughout the day Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical experience in a sub‑acute, long‑term care, or geriatric healthcare setting History of treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders Psych or addiction experience is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Compensation Yearly salary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 plus uncapped fee‑for‑service bonuses.
