What You’ll Be Doing: Crafting and executing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that lead to success. Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Monitoring project progress and addressing risks with proactive problem-solving. Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Overseeing the fabrication and erection of steel components while upholding safety and quality standards. Maintaining organized and accurate project documentation every step of the way. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction. Expertise in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection. A knack for communication and leadership, plus top-notch problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and tech tools. An independent, driven mindset, combined with a collaborative spirit. Bonus Points For: Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
