Were looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer whos passionate about solving complex problems and building software that makes a real-world impact. What youll do Design and develop Java applications using IntelliJ Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers Manage source code with Git and track issues in Jira Develop and deploy on Ubuntu 22.04 systems Troubleshoot and debug multi-threaded applications Mentor engineers and coordinate team efforts Support integration and testing at various sites (occasional travel) Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies Contribute to system-level understanding and engineering change processes What you need Required: Strong Java and multi-threaded programming skills Required: 10+ years of software development experience Required: Experience with Git, Jira, and Ubuntu Required: Excellent communication and task management skills Required: U.S. citizenship and BS/MS in Computer Science or related field Advantage: Experience with C++, Bash, Android, or Windows Advantage: Familiarity with ATAK, IAS, or MIL-STD-498 Advantage: Ability to read schematics and apply secure coding practices What we offer Work that supports national security and public safety Access to cutting-edge imaging and sensing technologies Opportunities for professional growth and innovation Competitive compensation and benefits State-of-the-art labs and hardware Next steps Apply directly on LinkedIn or through our careers page.
