Job Summary

The Housekeeping Team Member is an essential part of the Housekeeping team at The Langham, Boston. Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Supply Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring that they are always available and in good condition.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Housekeeping team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the hotel's standards are being met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
