EssentialResponsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process to include:

Manage case discovery and
Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case
Draft legal documents to include discovery requests and responses, motions, affidavits, subpoenas and correspondence under attorney supervision.
Perform background investigations, as well as locate and interview
Review case documents and prepare summary of key facts and
Prepare medical chronologies and bill
Retain and interact with various experts including identifying relevant documents for expert
Assist with all aspects of mediation, arbitration and trial
Assist with other special projects and related duties as
Construction defect experience preferred but not required.

Paralegals are required to consistently deliver high quality work products, adeptly manage cases with the assistance of attorneys, follow up and follow through with tasks, take ownership of responsibilities and be accountable to the team. All team members must also maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information.
