Easy Online Application Process - Get started in minutes Client Specialist Responsibilities Train new hires on their site-specific post order and maintain post order compliance. Work closely with Performance Manager to exceed service levels. Travel to the Bronx and surrounding areas. Enforce Metro One LPSG Uniform Policy. Issue verbal disciplinary warnings to Security Officers for attendance, uniform issues, etc. Utilize Track force technology to submit site inspections, incidents and uniform check reports. Assist with all other operational needs from Performance Manager. Cover a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer if necessary. Ability to interact with the public and client in a direct and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum one year of Supervisory security experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with scheduling software programs a plus. Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Requires local travel Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements. Why Metro One?
