Role Overview We are seeking a Consulting & Business Development Leader to grow our practice, develop strong client relationships, and oversee project delivery. You will identify the right engagement model for each client and lead both the sales process and delivery execution. What You’ll Do Drive business development strategy and revenue growth across Accounting, Finance, and Compliance services. Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify new opportunities. Recommend the right engagement model for clients. Management Consulting – strategic advisory & transformation. Managed Services – ongoing support under SLAs. Project-Based Consulting – defined deliverables & outcomes. Interim Management – placement of finance, accounting, or audit professionals. Lead proposal development, including methodology, project plans, deliverables, and tools. Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. Mentor consulting and interim professionals; contribute to practice growth and frameworks. What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of progressive experience in consulting, professional services, or advisory roles and/or prior experience as a Senior Manager or C-level leader in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Audit. Proven track record in business development, proposal management, and revenue growth. Expertise in accounting operations, internal audit, financial reporting, and SOX compliance. Experience delivering across multiple engagement models (consulting, managed services, interim management).
