IT Support Specialist

Overview DonorConnect is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to add to our team. This position is ideal for someone who is a natural problem solver with a solid background in helpdesk or desktop support. Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of the IT program under the Manager of Information Technology Serve as the go-to person for first-level IT support issues including hardware and software troubleshooting, network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access Install software and hardware as necessary, move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms, and other peripheral devices Analyze logs to identify potential issues Document, track, and monitor the problem resolution process; ensure user requests are completed accurately and on time Support for operating systems (e.g., Windows) and a wide range of applications (including Office 365 and Microsoft Office) Support conference room/hybrid workforce solutions and various phone/voice applications Uphold DonorConnect values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect, and expertise (I CARE+) Qualifications Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel Ability to learn and support new systems and applications Skill in organizing resources and prioritizing effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience supporting Windows operating systems Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Office Experience supporting conference room and hybrid workforce solutions Experience supporting various phone and voice applications Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods Must be able to move up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to reason logically, make sound decisions, and consider diverse perspectives DonorConnect is a PROUD Equal Opportunity Employer who Values Diversity in Both Experience and Background Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
