We offer challenging career opportunities, competitive benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards performance.For more information, please visit our website at www.kincellbio.com.The Contingent Office and HR Coordinator is a combination role encompassing general office coordination for our two site locations (one in North Carolina and one in Florida) and administrative responsibilities that will support the Human Resources team, and Executive Leadership team. This position will provide administrative duties required for a successful business. The successful candidate will be responsible for day‑to‑day management of the business offices, including planning and scheduling events, managing receptionist duties, and assisting with guest and executive travel. They will serve as administrator of our talent acquisition and benefits platforms, coordinate recruiting and hiring, and provide general HR assistance to employees.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
