What You’ll Do:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement and retention. You’ll use your technical expertise to build personalized and impactful email campaigns that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts across the globe. Working closely with both marketing and technical teams, you’ll be responsible for optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet the company’s business objectives and enhance its connection with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, personalized email templates that reflect the brand’s adventurous spirit and speak to a global audience.
  • Build and manage automations and customer journeys that connect customers with products and experiences they love.
  • Leverage Einstein AI to deliver personalized product recommendations and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Ensure the highest standards of data quality and governance in all Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations.
  • Design and manage dynamic and static data extensions to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with teams working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud to ensure seamless integrations across platforms.
  • Be the go-to technical expert on all things Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping the company maximize its use of the platform.
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs, making adjustments to continuously improve engagement and results.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio).
  • Proven experience with Journey Builder to design complex, multi-channel customer journeys.
  • Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and SFMC APIs.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for building responsive emails.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working across technical and creative teams.
  • A deep understanding of email marketing best practices and performance optimization.
