  • The unit is one with very low traveler to FTE ratio. Travel RN best suited to the assignment has a high degree of professionalism and holds themselves to, among other things, the following requirements: professional appearance, punctuality, computer skills, and the ability to keep pace.
  • Sorian is the EMR system currently in use. Candidate should have prior experience with an EMR system and feel proficient in usage of computers.
  • Additionally, the candidate must exhibit a compassionate attitude toward patients and their families. This is a community hospital where patients are at times known to the hospital staff.
16 beds but utilize hall beds when needed
RN to patient ratio varies (at least 1 to 4 but could be more depending on volume)
Level 4 Trauma
General community population
EMR: Sorian
Dress code: Navy blue scrubs (Traveler provided)

Requirement description :
  • 3+ years of ED experience (no new grads) - Required
  • Travel experience of one year - Required
  • TNCC - Preferred

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : RN license MUST be active at time of submission
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
