Be part of a company with the most cutting-edge practices and technologies plus a unique team.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?If you are a Data Architect we want to meet youWe are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and optimize large-scale data solutions using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and related Azure data services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in processing large volumes of data, performance tuning, and hands-on experience with Hive and distributed data systems.You will work with teams across geographies to build scalable data pipelines, improve performance, and ensure reliable, secure data architecture that supports business needs.YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:Design and build scalable data architectures on Azure, with a focus on Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.Develop and optimize PySpark jobs to handle large datasets efficiently.Tune performance across data pipelines, including partitioning, caching, and cluster configuration.Work with Hive-based data processing, migration, and integration strategies.Support the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to storage and access.Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.Ensure cost-effective use of Azure resources and best practices in data governance and securityWHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:Strong experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.Hands-on experience with Hive and distributed data processing.Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and related services.Solid knowledge of SQL and performance tuning techniques.Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabytes to petabytes).Understanding of data architecture patterns, including batch and streaming.Nice to Have:Azure certifications (e.g., Data Engineer Associate or Solutions Architect).Experience with DevOps, CI/CD for data pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools.Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.Problem-solver with a performance and scalability mindset.Able to lead technical discussions and support teams across regions.We are interested in hard-working, fast-learning talents and we have the know-how and scale to help you make your own career path.
