Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant

Location: DFW Airport, TX 75261

Working Hours: 08:30pm to 5:00am CST


Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on database management, system integrations, and process improvement. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Oracle database management systems, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Work with Oracle Fusion Middleware and other Oracle applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion APIs and integrations, including Workday integrations.
  • Provide support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules and other related applications.
  • Lead the development, migration, and optimization of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Conduct system analyses and recommend improvements or enhancements to Oracle systems.
  • Deliver functional and technical support, including production troubleshooting, for Oracle applications.
  • Serve as a single point of failure mitigation by ensuring cross-functional knowledge sharing and team redundancy for Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
  • Document and maintain system processes, workflows, and configurations for Oracle applications.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to meet business needs and resolve application issues.
  • Balance increased workloads efficiently while managing multiple projects independently.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.


  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion API development, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and migration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications like Workday and other system integrations.
