Core Faculty Position – Family Medicine Physician Location: Albany, NY – Albany Medical College/Albany Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program Compensation: $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 annually. As a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician, you will join the Department of Family & Community Medicine, focusing on resident and medical student education while practicing in an academic primary care environment with privileges at both academic and community teaching hospitals. Clinical & Educational Expertise Our faculty’s clinical expertise includes ambulatory primary care, geriatrics, sports medicine, outpatient procedures, inpatient medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, newborn care, gender‑affirming care, opioid use disorder treatment, women’s health (with or without obstetrics), abortion care, and point‑of‑care ultrasound. Responsibilities Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows across the curriculum. Engage in curriculum development and clinical instruction. Participate in scholarly activities. Qualifications BC/BE Family Medicine Physician with a strong passion for medical education.
