This role is ONSITE in Camp Pendleton, CA. This position is currently contingent.The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) provides 24/7 global technical support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems; and conducts engineering, testing and evaluation, and supports experimentation on C5I systems and amphibious platforms to inform acquisition decisions and make the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) more capable.This contract will provide Data Management and Cybersecurity services to support the command’s mission of Testing, Engineering, Integration, and Sustainment of the Marine Corps C5ISR Programs of Record.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:Determine client security control requirements.Implement security controls in Marine Corps Compliance and Authorization Support Tool (MCCAST).Conduct annual review of each MCCAST record’s security controls (via testing, examining, or interviewing).Prepare, distribute, and maintain plans, instructions, guidance, and SOP’s concerning the security of network system(s) operations.Approve/disapprove System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs), verify training requirements are met, and perform retention of records.Participate in Removable Media Whitelisting Program (required to obtain and maintain Remedy account).Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the enterprise's cybersecurity safeguards to ensure that they provide the intended level of protection.Participate in the information security training and awareness program.Participate in an information security risk assessment during the Security Assessment and Authorization process.Identify security requirements specific to an information technology (IT) system in all phases of the system life cycle.WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:Completion of a CNSSI 4014 – Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) qualified course or equivalentCompTIA Security+ CertificationExperience with Marine Corps Information Security programs, authorization procedures and requirements as well as interacting with higher military headquarter elements.Active Security Clearance - SecretWHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) CertificationGIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)Completion of CID M09BNJ1 Cybersecurity Technician courseCompletion of CID N23CUW1 Joint Cyber Analysis courseBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity related fieldCompletion of CNSSI 4012-Senior Systems Managers qualified courseCompletion of CNSSI 4013-System Administrators qualified courseCompletion of CNSSI 4015-Systems Certifiers qualified courseCompletion of CNSSI 4016-Risk Analysts qualified courseNDU CISO certificate – Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $130,000 - $150,000THE AURIA TEAM:Auria is a provider of solutions and software in support of complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions of federal, international, and commercial customers.
