Job Role Job Summary We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with a strong focus on building high-performance backend systems. The role emphasizes API development using Spring Boot, and requires deep expertise in MongoDB and Kafka. Experience with cloud deployment in AWS is essential. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Develop and deploy applications in the AWS cloud environment. Implement Kafka for event-driven architecture. Accelerate backend performance through asynchronous processing and query optimization. Work extensively with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval. Participate actively in Agile development processes. Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews. Required Qualifications 6 years of backend development experience using Java. Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Proven expertise in API design, development, and documentation. Solid experience with Kafka and MongoDB. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud services. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in deploying applications on AWS.
