Quality Control Manager Our company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to ensure that all products and services meet our high standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes and procedures, implementing improvements where necessary, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure that all products and services meet our high standards Monitor and evaluate quality control activities to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as Federal Construction, NAVFAC, and USACE Collaborate with other departments to improve product and service quality Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices Conduct quality audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role Experience with NEC and Electrical Construction Knowledge of High Voltage systems Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to develop and implement quality control policies and procedures Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute #J-18808-Ljbffr
