You'll be joining a 25-bed critical access hospital that handles 8,000 ER visits annually. With the hospital's modern facilities and dedicated staff, this position allows you to focus on quality patient care while also benefiting from a competitive compensation package.

PROFESSIONAL

  • B & B General Surgery: $350K Base + WRVU's; Up to $25k in quality bonuses
  • Craft Your Ideal Practice
    • Work at a 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital with 8,000 ER Visits a year
    • There are 2 OR's & 1 Endo Suite, you can run 2 rooms
    • Currently 450 - 600 procedures a year; opportunity for growth
    • Case Mix: 75% Endo/25% GS; No GI in town; Large Primary Care Referral Base - unlimited potential to grow the practice, especially General Surgery
    • There are 7 Pre/Post Op Beds and a 3 Bay PACU
    • New Stryker 4K Tower, 1.5T MRI, 124 slice CT, Nuclear Med and Ultrasound
    • OR's and Clinic are fully staffed with experienced, dedicated teams
  • Hospitalists and Emergency Medicine Trained Physicians including 24/7 Radiology
  • $25K Sign On, $10K Relocation, $3,500 CME Allowance and 5 weeks of PTO/CME
  • Benefits Start Day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life and AD&D, Short- & Long-Term Disability, and a 403B retirement plan with up to 3% match - vested after 1 year
