We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, and helpdesk team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s IT environment, managing IT projects, and supporting business objectives through the effective use of technology. The IT Operations Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring that all infrastructure, systems and networks are operating efficiently and securely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and hardware and O365 instances,
  • Lead and mentor the IT help desk and infrastructure team, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring high performance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT Operations projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Ensure IT security best practices are followed, implement data protection policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the provision of technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and support of IT services.
  • Identifying cost-effective solutions for the company's technology needs.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyberattacks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand needs and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, 2+ of experience managing an IT help desk and/or infrastructure organization
  • Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 tools and software including experience using and administering Entra, Intune and Mail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Experience in project management and the implementation of IT solutions.
  • Experience with IT security and data protection best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance and compliance with relevant laws and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and emerging technologies.
  • Familiar with 0365, Intune, Outlook, Active Directory
