Join to apply for the Behavior Analyst/Assistant Behavior Analyst - Fairfax, VA role at Kona Medical Consulting1 year ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Behavior Analyst/Assistant Behavior Analyst - Fairfax, VA role at Kona Medical ConsultingKona Medical Consulting is looking for Behavior Analyst and/or Assistant Behavior Analyst, working set-up is Hybrid (in-person and remote) in Woodbridge, VA 22407.ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health conditions.Provide direct patient care using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques.Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress towards treatment goals.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of behavioral health conditions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results.Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.QualificationsBoard Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.License in the state of VA- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral health conditions.Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures for behavioral health conditions.Benefits401(k) matchingContinuing education creditsHealth insuranceLicense reimbursementPaid time offRelocation assistanceJob TypesFull-time, Part-time, ContractExpected Hours40 hours work week positionScheduleChoose your own hoursMonday to FridayWeekends as neededSalary$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience and education.All interested applicants may apply to this job posting.
