Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology – Chicago Northeast, IL - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist in the Dermatology field to cover the Chicago Northeast territory, including Chicago, Evanston, Skokie, Des Plaines, and Glenview. Job Description As the Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology, you will attain sales objectives, present complex clinical and business information about Janssen Biotech’s immunology products, and influence decision makers within the dermatology healthcare sector. Responsibilities Attain sales objectives and present clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech's immunology products to office and institutional dermatology professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans, and other decision makers. Execute franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, including physicians, specialists, and pharmacists. Influence decision makers to support the use of company products in relevant disease states using clinical and business expertise and effective sales skills. Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with company team members to enhance business results. Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers at the local level. Required Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as necessary. Resident in close proximity to the territory or willing to relocate. Minimum two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry, or large account management, business-to-business experience, or recent transition from active duty military. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling injectable or infused products. Working knowledge of immunology and/or dermatology field. Experience managing complex reimbursement issues. Project-oriented selling experience in a high incentive and individual performance culture with documented successful sales performance. Completion of Management Development course(s). Compensation and Benefits Anticipated base pay range: $79,000 - $178,250. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Eligibility for company car through the Fleet program. Employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Eligibility for consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Time off benefits include up to 120 vacation hours per calendar year, up to 40 sick hours per calendar year (up to 56 hours for Washington state residents), up to 13 holiday days per year, and up to 40 work, personal and family time hours.
