Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

Hire, train, develop, and motivate a large team
Provide exceptional quality with full attention to detail
Work with the Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen SOPs
Actively manage Cost of Goods, menu and recipe pricing, and labor usage
Collaborate with Executive Chef in creating innovative, delectable dishes
