Your Role In Our Beehive Decision Support & Insights: Analyze campaign performance, pricing models, buyer–supplier engagement, and overall platform health. Identify opportunities to drive revenue, optimize spend, and improve efficiency. Strategic Analysis: Lead deep dives on major initiatives (e.g., new feature rollouts, supplier acquisition & activation, pricing experiments) and deliver clear recommendations. Funnel & Lifecycle Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track the full supplier lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through monetization and retention. Reporting Infrastructure: Build scalable data systems and tools that ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely insights. Automate reporting and alerting for high‑signal events. Cross‑Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supplier Experience, and Growth Ops to guide roadmaps, monitor experiments, and ensure shared visibility on key performance trends. What You Bring To Our Beehive 4+ years of experience in business or product analytics, preferably in a SaaS, marketplace, or growth‑oriented environment. Strong skills in SQL and BI tools, including proficiency in Metabase; experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is also valuable; experience with Python, R, or similar is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills—able to break down ambiguous problems and structure data‑driven solutions. Clear, structured communicator who’s comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Experience supporting marketing, product, or growth teams with metrics, experimentation, and forecasting. Bonus: Experience in a Post‑Merger Integration environment. What Success Looks Like Clearly defined lifecycle KPIs and accessible dashboards across all key teams.
