Job Title: Associate Attorney (Courtroom experience desired, Litigation) Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr A Bit About Us We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Attorney to join our prestigious law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to advance their career by working with a team of accomplished legal professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters independently and efficiently. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal advice. Draft and review a wide range of legal documents including motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling and persuasive manner. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear and accurate information. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
