Job Overview:

As a Counselor at Skyward Treatment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the treatment team, providing comprehensive counseling services to clients battling substance abuse disorders. Utilizing evidence-based approaches and a client-centered focus, you will guide individuals through the recovery process, addressing underlying issues, and fostering personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to enhance understanding of addiction and recovery.
Assess clients for co-occurring disorders and provide appropriate referrals.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
Flexibility to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
