Resident Services DirectorArrow Senior Living is recruiting a Resident Services Director to lead the activities, engagement, and quality of life for seniors at our Pinnacle Groves community located at 5522 W Northgate Road, Rogers, AR 72758.Position DetailsType: Full TimeLocation: Rogers, ARShift Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm (Manager on Duty weekend rotation 10am‑2pm)Salary Range: $55,000‑$58,000ResponsibilitiesServe as the cultural and operational leader for Resident Services, establishing tone and community events.Develop, run, and maintain a quality activities program that enriches the lives of seniors.Know each resident, their likes and dislikes, and ensure daily engagement and satisfaction through compassionate, first‑class service.QualificationsMinimum age 18 years.At least one year of experience conducting group activities, evaluating resident needs, supervising employees, and training volunteers.Knowledge of health care requirements appropriate to residents.Read, write, and communicate in English at minimum 12th grade proficiency.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance.Physically able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.Criminal clearance and clean driving record.Physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.BenefitsCompany 401(k) match 100% up to 3% (fully vested upon enrollment).Medical, Dental, Vision insurance (eligible 60 days after start).Disability insurance (Full Time).Employee assistance program.Weekly Employee Recognition Program.Life insurance (Full Time).Paid time off (Full Time accrue up to 115 hours per year; Part Time up to 30 hours).Tuition reimbursement (after 90 days).Employee referral program (Full Time, Part Time, PRN).Complimentary meal each shift (Full Time, Part Time, PRN).Daily Pay Option.Direct Deposit.About Arrow Senior LivingArrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
