What You Will Do:

  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
  • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
  • Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
  • Minimum Degree Required: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow SAP ERP Canvas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
  • Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
  • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.
  • Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
  • General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
