Provide subject matter expertise on USMCA regulations and practical application in a manufacturing environment. Recommend compliant alternative sourcing strategies to address tariff-related impacts. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in trade compliance with a strong focus on HTS classification and USMCA qualification. Proven ability to review and assess detailed/complex BOMs and kit configurations for compliance. Strong knowledge of US import/export regulations and free trade agreements (USMCA required).
