Together, we RISE.Senior Product ManagerWe’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and revolutionize our entire payments infrastructure. This is a critical role where you’ll architect the backbone of how users move between fiat and crypto seamlessly. You’ll tackle complex challenges around card processing optimization, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and conversion rate maximization while building the most reliable payments experience in crypto.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end‑to‑end payments infrastructure strategy, from card processing to settlement, ensuring industry‑leading reliability and conversion ratesDesign and implement payment flows that navigate complex processor relationships, banking rails, and regulatory requirementsDrive aggressive conversion rate optimization initiatives through data‑driven experimentation and technical innovationBuild sophisticated fraud detection and prevention systems that protect revenue while maintaining frictionless user experiencesPartner with engineering to architect scalable payment systems that handle millions of transactions across multiple payment methodsNavigate complex compliance requirements (PCI‑DSS, AML/KYC) to build products that meet regulatory standards without sacrificing user experienceEstablish and maintain relationships with payment processors, banks, and card networks to optimize rates and expand capabilitiesCreate detailed PRDs covering edge cases, failure scenarios, and recovery mechanisms for mission‑critical payment flowsMonitor and analyze payment metrics to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reductionLead cross‑functional initiatives with compliance, legal, risk, and fraud teams to ensure comprehensive payment protectionQualifications7+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years focused on payments infrastructureDeep technical understanding of card processing ecosystems, including processors, acquirers, issuers, and card networksProven track record of building compliant, regulated financial products at scaleExpert knowledge of payment optimization techniques, including retry logic, routing strategies, and decline recoveryExperience implementing fraud prevention systems and managing chargeback programsStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex payment dataTechnical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering on system architecture and API designExperience working with compliance teams on PCI‑DSS, AML, and other regulatory requirementsTrack record of maximizing payment conversion rates and reducing payment failuresExcellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across all levels of organizationNice to HaveExperience with crypto payment rails and blockchain‑based settlement systemsKnowledge of alternative payment methods (cash, ACH, wire transfers, digital wallets)Background in high‑risk payment processing or money transmissionExperience with payment orchestration platforms and multi‑processor strategiesUnderstanding of global payment systems and cross‑border transaction complexitiesFamiliarity with payment industry standards and emerging regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
