Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a challenging opportunity in Worcester, Massachusetts.

As a Certified Surgical Technologist with TRA, you will be responsible for maintaining aseptic technique in the operating room, setting up equipment and instrumentation, and scrubbing and passing instruments during surgical procedures. You will also be responsible for pulling cases as needed, breaking down cases at the end of the procedure, and setting up the operating room and supplies for the day's schedule. Availability for call on an assigned/scheduled basis is required.

Our ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited allied health education program and at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. Certification as a Surgical Technologist and BLS certification are required. Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting is preferred.

At TRA, we prioritize our clinicians' success and offer a preferred booking agreement for local contracts, guaranteed hours for travel contracts, and a contract security compared to working with an outside agency.
