Executive Underwriter – Shepherd We provide savings on insurance premiums for commercial businesses leveraging modern technology on their worksites. While we began with commercial construction, we are expanding into adjacent sectors, including Energy, Agriculture, and Real Estate. Base Pay Range $185,000 – $228,000 per year About the Role Shepherd’s underwriting approach is client‑centric with a heavy emphasis on an efficient process. Our goal is to leverage technology and data to make quick, informed decisions tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
