Position Shift: Weekends 7p-7a

Position Summary:

* The Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing & mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical Thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.
* Credentials / Education:
* Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Required
* Bachelor's degree in nursing Preferred
* Must start a BSN program within 6 months of employment
* Must obtain BSN within 24 months of starting BSN program
* 1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
