We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and Azure OpenAI to support advanced AI initiatives within investment banking. This role involves building intelligent autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and production‑ready AI solutions. Role Overview The AI/ML Engineer will develop autonomous AI agents, build RAG-based systems, and deploy scalable LLM solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure OpenAI, Python, and financial services. Key Responsibilities Develop autonomous AI agents for planning, decision‑making, and Python‑based automation Build and deploy LLM‑based agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and custom frameworks Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and cloud services Create and optimize end‑to‑end pipelines for training, testing, and production deployment (Azure ML) Contribute to multi‑agent architectures ensuring robustness and emergent behavior Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations Keep up with the latest developments in RAG, Agentic AI, and Azure OpenAI Qualifications 10+ years of experience in AI/ML At least 2 years in agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi‑agent designs Strong hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI Background in investment banking or financial services Deep understanding of RAG frameworks Proficient in Python Knowledge of API integration and model deployment Preferred Qualifications Azure or AI‑related certifications Experience applying LLMs in finance Background in secure and scalable AI solution design How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity or would like to refer a suitable candidate, please share the resume at abhishek.singh@arkhyatech.com.
