Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing activities, maintaining resident satisfaction, and ensuring efficient operations within our apartment community. Also, must be fluent in Spanish. Proficiency in leasing software such as Yardi, One-site, or similar platforms is required.
Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting prospective residents with the application process.
Utilize leasing software (e.g., Yardi, One-site) to maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident information, and lease agreements.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective residents, including online listings, advertising campaigns, and outreach efforts.
Conduct thorough screenings of prospective tenants, including background checks and credit verifications, to ensure suitability and compliance with leasing policies.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections, and documenting property conditions.
Address resident concerns, maintenance requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a positive living experience.
Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities to foster a sense of community within the property.
Requirements:Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
Proficiency in leasing software such as Yardi, One-site, or similar platforms.
Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on property needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.
