*Qualifications and Education Requirements:*
* Master's degree preferred.
* Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
* Licensed Engineer (PE) in Puerto Rico preferred. EIT a must.
* Knowledgeable in PR Building Code and industry standards.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in Construction Documents preparation.
* Solid organization skills required.
* Knowledge of structural analysis programs: ETABS, SAP 2000. SAFE.
* CAD/REVIT, AutoCad, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS knowledge.
