Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to manage activities of workers engaged in lifting, transporting, storing, and loading materials of finished and raw materials for Kingstree plant.

Essential Job Functions

• Load planning/order management to ensure loading efficiency.
• Manage Dynamics 365 and scanning functions to ensure accuracy.
• Accountable for safety of department.
• Plan and place material in locations including production.
• Ensure location accuracy via cycle counts.
• Follow Trello load plan & update loading.
• Perform physical inventories; maintain accuracy.
• Manage inventory – Make changes / corrections as needed.
• Supervise assigned staff efficiently.
• Direct the flow of trucks.

Other Job Functions

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Three (3) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of shipping experience.
• High School diploma.
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Able to perform general calculation and percentage.
• Certified Forklift driver
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb up to 90 feet high and work in an elevated environment.
• Ability to climb on and off stationary work areas 3-6 feet high.
