Join our team as a Material Expeditor in Manassas VA

Responsibilities:

Efficiently move materials between work centers and various locations within the facility.
Assist with inventory storage and perform warehouse duties as needed.
Expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts in line with production schedules and commitments.
Take proactive measures to expedite materials in a timely manner and report on completion dates and material deliveries.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment with proficiency.
Handle opening containers using hand tools and loading/unloading materials onto pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines manually.
Load/unload materials into/from trucks by hand and convey materials using various equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, etc.
Proactively communicate and maintain a high level of motivation to ensure smooth operations.

Preferences:

Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
