Job Summary

The busser/bar back at Charles Krug winery clears and resets tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner as guests leave. This role is also responsible for supporting wine ambassadors, service staff, and kitchen staff. The busser/bar back polishes and restocks glassware at service stations, cleans up, buses, and sanitizes outdoor tables.

Schedule: Thursday-Monday 9:30-5:30

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Stocking wine

Buffing glasses

Cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas on a schedule

Bussing tables

General support duties as requested

Qualifications (work experience, preferred skills and education):

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Excellent customer service skills

Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language (English)) used in the workplace.

Possess a flexible schedule and able to work evenings & weekends

Able to adhere to Covid-19 sanitation guidelines

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Stand and walk for long periods of time

Lift and move up to 50 pounds

Understand and respond to a diverse population

Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Work outdoors in a non-air conditioned environment

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay scale offered for this position is $18-$20 per hour. The range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. The Company reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
