Bartender

$11 - $14 Per Hour paid weekly plus benefits

Idle Hour Country Club is seeking an experienced full time bartender. Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of restaurant experience; fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

•Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly. Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.

•Make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger. Work professionally with all guests and fellow associates.

•Prepare beverage requisition for liquor.

•Create a pleasant, friendly, hospitable, effective and professional working atmosphere at all times.

•Inform all guests of Food and Beverage and bar promotional activities.

•To maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with the business demands of the Club. Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.

•Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the associate is capable of performing.

•Report to work on time and in full uniform.

•Check and replace glassware where needed. Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.

Qualifications:

•A passion for food, wine and service is a must.

•A strong sense of urgency.

•Superior communication skills.

•Knowledge of tableside etiquette.

•A focus on hospitality and guest rapport alongside development of a regular clientele.

•A rigorous attention to detail.

•Bartending experience is a must. Fine dining restaurant
