NPI Program Manager – BroadcomThe NPI Program Manager will provide hardware NPI Planning/EPM and lab support across enabling CMs, board rework, procurement, and inventory management.Responsibilities include:Creating purchase orders for vendors.Updating board tracking files with serial numbers, locations, and movements.Handling shipments to other Broadcom sites.Preordering materials, loading BOMs, creating shortage reports, and handling samples for CMs.Managing BGA rework logistics: shipment, receipt, matching, and follow‑ups.Supporting DNX/XGS project builds for business units and customer orders; receiving‑in and ship rework boards.Running quality matrices with various CMs.Providing weekly status updates on ongoing tasks and progress.Budget tracking – monitoring POs and ensuring spending stays within budget.Project timelines – coordinating with other BUs on deployment requirements.Approving ECOs, BOM checks, and training in Arena.Managing lab inventory, pulling materials, and updating long‑lead level reports.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual base salary: $101,000 – $162,000.
