Revenue Cycle Financial Management Director

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
Leads the development of budget, long-term plan and rolling forecast models and other financial as well as business insight tools.
Identifies and communicates appropriate and relevant financial and operational information and trends as a basis for making management decisions.
Provides department leaders with the necessary support for evaluation of their monthly operational results and development of annual budgets.
Responsible for the development and production of routine reports to support operation leaders with managing their department expenses.
Oversees vendor management activities and assists with contract reviews.
Manages the financial analysis of revenue cycle operations and the development and distribution of dashboards and key performance metrics to relevant stakeholders throughout the system.
Directs the daily operations of the financial planning and analysis team and prepares annual goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
EXPERIENCE
Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership
