Senior Operations Manager, Central Automation Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Location: Mountain View, CA We are simplifying healthcare. The following describes the role: About The Role As an Operations Leader, you will focus on Revenue‑Cycle Management, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to define critical business processes. You will have end‑to‑end ownership, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients, driving business metrics. This high‑visibility, high‑impact role will quickly expand to cover emergent business problem areas. This full‑time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office. What You’ll Do Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies, directly impacting top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability. Contribute to designing and implementing systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper‑growth environment. Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability). Own key operational metrics; productivity is based on pushing metrics forward rather than time. Engage in cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams. What You Have 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast‑paced SaaS tech company. B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science) from a top 20 university. Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with Retool, API, and web scraping is a bonus. Experience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture. Capability to manage the entire project‑management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics. Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success. Comfortable in a chaotic, autonomous environment; able to prioritize and remove blockers. Entrepreneurial self‑starter, thriving in a fast‑paced environment, independently seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
