Job Description Enfinity is looking for a versatile and entrepreneurial person who will serve as Deputy General Counsel. Serving under our Global General Counsel, the candidate will help drive the further development of the company’s legal department, including working with internal and external legal professionals globally. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience, including general corporate, M&A, project finance, and public company work, with a truly global outlook. Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred. The successful candidate will bring deep global experience—particularly across Europe, India, and Japan—and a proven ability to design and implement effective policies and procedures that support scalable growth. They will thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, balancing strategic vision with operational precision to drive enterprise-wide success. Key Responsibilities Entity formation and management Maintain global board records and stockholder records (including Carta) Support the global investment committee Assistance on intellectual property (trademarks), NDAs and other routine matters Work on the team that negotiates and documents global corporate fundraising initiatives Administration of global financing facilities, including reporting, covenant maintenance, etc. Broad-based responsibilities for transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, and related Qualifications Undergraduate and law degrees from leading institutions. “Big Law” or equivalent training with diversity of experience. At least 10 of years of progressive responsibilities and experience. Member of the bar in good standing. Advanced ability in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Passion for rigorous and fast-paced team-oriented work environment; high internal drive and strong work ethic; comfortable solving problems independently.
