Veterinary Technician responsibilities include assisting the Veterinarian with surgeries and procedures, coordinating animal care, and monitoring animal recovery. You will work closely with the entire clinic staff to ensure the health and well-being of all of our pet patients. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesTriage pets as they arrive at the clinicInterview pet owners to obtain a patient historyTake vital signs and acquire blood samplesAssist with surgeries and monitor animals after surgeryAdminister medications and provide at-home dosage instructions for clientsKeep accurate patient recordsQualifications.Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar roleKnowledge of animal care and handlingExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environmentPatience and a love for animals #J-18808-Ljbffr
