Description
Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for a LEAD COOK to join our team

We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and have previous cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant. At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen lead is required.

  • This is a full-time position. Serious applicants only
  • Must be available on the weekends & holidays
  • Rate of pay is negotiable and depends on the skillset and level of training
Details:
  • Prepare and follow recipes
  • Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
  • Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
  • Work as a team with other back of the house staff
  • Enter inventory and food orders
  • Must be able to manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
  • Must be able to communicate and train other team members
  • Written and verbal communication skills are a must
