Inova Health System is hiring for an experienced *Registered Nurse *for our *Inova L. J. Murphy’s Children's Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. * Our 108-bed, Level IV NICU is the largest in the region, and cares for high-risk infants requiring specialized care and observation. The NICU is also the first in the nation to receive The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for Prematurity. This certification represents the highest level of care for premature birth patients.

*Requirements:*
* *Experience: *At least 1 year of NICU RN experience. 2+ years of Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred.
* *Education*: BSN, MSN or ADN required. If RN has an ADN, must complete BSN within 24 months of state date.
* *Licensure and Certification: *BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required, RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
* Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
* Proficient computer skills required.
