work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Wear PPE, welding helmet, gloves and jacket, steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection where required.
- Keep sufficient and appropriate raw material in stock when instructed.
- Assist in keeping all work areas clean
- Know how to read spec sheets and Shop Orders.
- Proper packing for next operation
- Know how to fill out MRP tags.
- Notify the Supervisor of any machine problems that might hinder machine performance or reduce machine life.
- Maintain assigned equipment in good condition by using proper preventive maintenance procedures; report the need for repair on all equipment.
- Maintain their areas in a clean condition, including, wiping, mopping, removing trash and scrap and any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Follow Inspection Plans and document Inspection Sheets.
- Notify the supervisor or Quality of any discrepancies to product specification.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment
