Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join their team. As a Machine Shop Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Shop CNC Operator Location: St Charles, MO Pay Range: $18 Shift: Second Shift What's the Job? Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift. Review work order instructions to ensure precision and accuracy. Log in and out of the barcode system for each order. Operate manual machines as needed and inspect parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and head gauges. What's Needed? Must be at least 18 years old. Willingness to train on and operate a variety of machines as needed. Ability to read blueprints. Basic shop math skills. Preferred schooling with 1 year of machine shop experience.
