MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER We are a full‑service mortgage company based in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in conventional, jumbo, cash‑out, creative and very low down mortgage loans across California and surrounding states. Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Glendale, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage loan applications, evaluating their financial information, and guiding them through the lending process. Key responsibilities include assessing applicant eligibility, coordinating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the mortgage lifecycle. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with industry regulations and building strong relationships with borrowers, realtors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Experience working as a Loan Officer and knowledge of the Mortgage Lending industry Familiarity with Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes Customer Service skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities Proficiency in mortgage software and financial analysis tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Strong knowledge of current mortgage regulations and industry standards A valid loan officer license or ability to obtain one Location Glendale, CA (Hybrid – remote work possible) Salary $60,000.00 – $175,000.00 (variable based on experience and performance) #J-18808-Ljbffr
