Responsibilities Represent clients in court and argue on their behalf Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memorandums Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations Develop effective litigation strategies and conduct negotiations with opposing parties Work closely with the legal team to handle complex legal issues and cases Keep abreast of current legislation and legal developments that may affect clients and their business operations Provide sound legal advice on a wide range of business‑related matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, and risk management Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation Admitted to the state bar and in good standing Proven track record of representing clients in complex litigation cases Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite Senior‑ity level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal EEO Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
